Convoy launches “Relieve Hong Kong Charity Partnership Scheme” and establishes Epidemic Support Fund to give Hong Kongers a strong mental boost
Convoy partnered with 4 local charity organisations to launch the Relieve Hong Kong Charity Partnership Scheme. In the first phase of the Scheme, Convoy will also set up an Epidemic Support Fund of HKD200,000, form an online charity platform to raise funds and solicit supplies, as well as organize charitable activities and community visits, to provide assistance to the needy affected by the epidemic. The Scheme aims to tide over the difficult times together with Hong Kong people.
The Relieve Hong Kong Charity Partnership Scheme officially begins today. Convoy will partner with local charities including Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Foundation, Hong Kong Christian Service, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council and Green Earth, to offer metal health and elderly care services and relief measures to the underprivileged and promote environmental conservation, hoping to help Hong Kong people relieve pressure and adapt to the new normal, at the same time promote the spirit of tenacity in adversity.
