Ms. Fong Sut Sam, was appointed as an executive director on 12 March 2010. Ms. Fong is the director of 6 subsidiaries of the Company. She has also been the chief executive officer and an executive director of Convoy Financial Services Limited and a director of Convoy Financial Group Limited. She manages the overall strategic development and the operation of the Group. Ms. Fong joined our Group in November 1998 and has led various functions, including the consultancy force, corporate communications, sales and marketing, training and operation. Her exceptional achievements in the financial industry and contribution to the community earned her the title of "Benchmark Most Extraordinary Women in Finance 2009' from the Benchmark magazine. Ms. Fong graduated from the South Bank University in London in June 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In December 2002, she graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was placed on the Dean's list.

Since 2010, Ms. Fong has been appointed as the Panel member of 2 Appeal Boards (Amusement Game Centres & Betting Duty Ordinance) of Home Affairs Bureau by Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government and as the member of Marketing Management Committee of Hong Kong Management Association. In 2011, she was appointed as advisory board member of the CUHK Center for Entrepreneurship and honorary member of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing. In addition, she has become the HonorableAdvisorof U-Heartsand Mission of Love.

Mr. Mak Kwong Yiu, was appointed as an executive director on 16 March 2010. Mr. Mak is the director of 9 subsidiaries of the Company. He joined our Group in May 2002 as the chief financial officer and is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of our Group. He is also an executive director of CFS. Mr. Mak graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in November 1996 and Master of Business Administration degree in November 2004. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in September 2000. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the United States since May 2002 and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since May 2003. Mr. Mak is currently an executive director of Computech Holdings Limited, whose shares are listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange. He was appointed in March 2008 as an independent non-executive director of AcrossAsia Limited, whose shares are listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange and resigned in May 2010 due to his other business commitment.

Mr. Shin Kin Man, Henry is executive director of Convoy Financial Services Limited. He is responsible for managing the consultancy team and refining business development system for the Group. Mr Shin graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 1998 and in the same year he joined Convoy Financial Services Limited as a Financial Consultant. He was promoted to Deputy Director in 2005. He has over 10 years of experience in business development and team management. He once held the position of President of Lions Clubs International District 303 – Hong Kong and Macau and now he is a core member of various social service organizations.

Mr. Wang Pui Wang, Ben is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong since 2001. Mr. Wang is the director of legal and compliance department of CFS who is responsible for advising on legal matters and supervising compliance function of our Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in December 1997 and Post-graduate Certificate in Laws in June 1999 from the University of Hong Kong. He has practiced as a solicitor in Hong Kong since September 2001.

Mr. Wang joined our Group in July 2007. Mr. Wang received training as a trainee solicitor at Messrs. Cheung, Tong & Rosa, solicitors during 1999 to 2001. After admission as a solicitor, he continued to serve as an associate solicitor with the same firm from 2001 onwards and admitted to partnership of the same firm in 2003. During his time of private practice, apart from advising extensively on commercial transactions and civil litigation matters, Mr. Wang advised clients of securities and insurance industry and dealt with cases involving commercial crime as well as investigations conducted by such regulatory authorities involving SFC and Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. Mr. Wang also handled cases in the Insider Dealing Tribunal.

Kenrick Chung is mainly responsible for the strategic business development and operations of CFS's MPF business in line with the Company's objectives; devises annual MPF sales plan and leads a team to promote and achieve MPF business targets through distribution force; stays abreast of market dynamics by conducting research on trends and MPF products information, as well as to formulate marketing strategy and ad-hoc projects.

Kenrick is a Fellow member of the Life Management Institute since 2004 and attained his bachelor degree from the University of Hong Kong, Diploma in Marketing and International Business from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Certificate in Insurance of The Chartered Insurance Institute. Before joining CFS, Kenrick has over 19 years of experience in various major roles in product marketing and distribution of insurance products specializing in pensions. He was the Associate Director, Head of Pension Sales & Distribution of Principal Insurance Company (Asia) Ltd., and was responsible for the formulation of strategy in various aspects of sales, training, data mining & cross selling for pension sales & distribution; AVP of Sun Life HK Ltd, with overall responsibilities for the development of marketing strategy and product development for distribution of group insurance & pensions products to brokers and agency force. Prior to these roles, he also acted as Head of Agency Distribution at AIA Pensions and Trustee Co. Ltd., responsible for marketing pension products in HK and Macau.

Ms. Law May Ling, Iris, is the Chief Operations Officer of Convoy Financial Services Limited. She is responsible for establishing strategic planning of operations support from the areas of customer servicing, business processing, regional share service center and office administration of CFS. She is a Chairperson of the Cost Awareness Committee of CFS starting 2009 focusing on improving cost structures and operational efficiencies of CFS. Pior to joining CFS in 2006, Ms. Law has over 10 years experience specialized in customer relationship management and investment operations in both the retail banking and private banking industry in hong Kong. She holds a MBA from the University of Canberra and Bachelor Degree in Finance from the Deakin University, Australia.
